REFUND POLICY
At SV Collection, we ensure product quality and careful packaging. Refunds are applicable only under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be damaged at the time of delivery
- A clear parcel opening video must be recorded from start to finish
- The video must show the unopened parcel, opening process, and visible damage
- The refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Requests without a proper parcel opening video will not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- No parcel opening video proof
- Partial or edited videos
- Damage caused after delivery
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Change of mind or personal preference
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Order ID
- Parcel opening video
- Images of the damaged product
Requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Replacement Option
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.
6. Policy Rights
SV Collection reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on verification and policy compliance.
